Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master, Discover Card.

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax will be charged only to residents of California where we have a physical presence.

How can I track my order?
A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

How can I modify my order?
Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order.

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM PT will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 3 business days depending on availability and credit verification.
We use UPS or USPS for delivery, therefore package will not be delivered to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

Shipping policy
We require a signature for all deliveries. (You cannot Waive Signature Delivery).
In the event that a shipping address is not included with an order, the order will be shipped to the billing address.

Return Policy
Due to unique nature of our merchandise, returns and exchanges are NOT accepted. Please feel free to email us or call us with any questions you might have BEFORE you place your order.

Reporting damaged goods and lost shipments
Damaged shipments and/or packages which appear to be damaged MUST be refused at the time of delivery.
